Appraisals are performed on site by the store owner, Franklin Pulliam, who is both a gemologist and jeweler.  We utilize a leading computer jewelry appraisal application in order to provide you with the most accurate appraisal possible.  Every appraisal includes a photograph of the item being appraised which is printed on the appraisal report
